We flew out of London on Feb romantic...and we didn't land back at Heathrow until 10th March.

Herts Seniors landed in Auckland, via Singapore.
We then were taken by coach to Rotorua, a must-see tourist destination. An insight into Maori life and culture at Te Puia + sightings of the extraordinary geezers and hot sulphur springs.
2 nights in Rotorua and then off to Hobbitton for a guided tour around the "Middle Earth" film sets.
We continued on to Hamilton to watch the T20 between NZ and England.
As the photo shows, the sunset was fantastic.


Back to Auckland for 4 nights to play 2 matches against the locals, have a tour round Eden Park and watch the Final of the T20 Tri-Series between NZ and Australia.
Flight down to Queenstown for 5 nights. 2 matches there and an unmissable trip to the famous Milford Sound.
We then flew to Wellington. 6 nights. 3 matches. Trips to the Cricket Museum and the Te Papa.
Sat 3rd March : NZ v England ODI in the Westpak stadium, scene of that amazing All Blacks v Lions rugby match.
Back to Auckland for match number 8 and a trip up the Sky Tower. 
Singapore Airlines back to London Heathrow.

The cost of the trip was only £4,225. Included in the price were all flights, 4-star hotels, transfers, 8 matches, breakfasts, 4 dinners, food at the cricket matches, International tickets and the extra trips.

The tour was full with 32 people and a waiting list.
